We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The serene location on the banks of Punnamada Lake was absolutely stunning. We were surrounded by nature and felt a sense of peace and tranquility throughout our stay. The staff here were exceptional, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Their genuine concern and incredible manners made us feel truly valued and welcomed.

The location is stunning with tranquil surroundings and beautiful backwater cruises. The staff at the restaurant are excellent and go above and beyond to accommodate guests. The food is mostly good with a variety of choices. Great value for budget travelers.

The ambiance of the place was simply mind-blowing! The rooms were stunning, and the outdoor bathroom/toilet was a jaw-dropping experience. The pool was great, and the resort offered a wide range of free activities like yoga classes, sunset cruises, and canoeing. Just sitting on the benches facing the backwaters was super relaxing. The interiors of the rooms were fantastic, with open-air bathrooms that were simply amazing. The staff were extremely friendly and responsive, and the location was beautiful. The clean rooms and well-maintained garden areas added to the charm. The spa facilities were good too.

This lovely hotel is the perfect place to relax while experiencing the true essence of Kerala's backwaters. The lush green lawn at the banks of the lake is a peaceful and beautiful location that will take your breath away. The staff is very friendly and the food is exquisite, offering traditional dishes on sale in the restaurant. The bedrooms are large and comfortable, with partially outdoor bathrooms that create a refreshing atmosphere. Enjoy some water sports facilities such as kayaking and a relaxing ayurvedic spa.

Some amenities need more investment and upkeep.

We loved our stay by the waterfront with lovely views of the canals and beautiful facilities. The hotel was extremely clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was exceptional with a wide range of choices. The staff was genuinely concerned about our comfort and provided excellent service.

The restaurant provided a good range of dishes, and the food tasted great. Rooms were spacious, clean and air-conditioned, which was a great relief from outside heat. Lastly, the hotel's peaceful location provided a serene atmosphere for guests to unwind and relax.

The hotel lacked any form of entertainment in the evening or any coffee shop to unwind in. Although the wi-fi passwords were valid for 24 hours, it worked poorly and required constant sign-in.

Great place to relax and enjoy nature! Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with stunning views of the water and plenty of wildlife to admire. The gardens are beautifully landscaped and offer a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. The restaurant food is beyond delicious and very reasonably priced. Don't miss out on the amazing sunsets and the lovely outdoor activities the place offers.

The location is somewhat remote, with not much around within walking distance. So, if you'd like to explore the area, make sure you plan in advance and rent a car.
